What is creativity?

By definition is the ability to create.

And what does that mean!?

The ability to create is innate, just living, playing and observing you are using it.

Creativity is not only for artists, musicians or writers, we are all creative.

The people who cultivate it, work and invest time in creativity are the ones who are known to be creative. The good news is that you can also train your creativity.

And how we do it?

Undoing the creative block walls. Creative barriers are situations that lock, hinder or impede the development of the creative process. These blockages can be cognitive, emotional or cultural.

One of the first exercises is to solve the problems of your daily life.

The motivation to solve something that bothers you is a factor that encourages creativity. The challenges of daily life are the starting point to reactivate your creativity.

After all remember that we are all creative!

THE IMPORTANCE OF QUESTIONS IN THE CREATIVE PROCESS

Questioning is the entrance to the creative process and self-knowledge. Self-discovery is a creative behavior that leads to intrinsic motivation.

Recognizing your skills, talents and strengths will increase the flow of your creativity.

Ask questions to yourself

Creativity is a process, not an event. You have to work through mental barriers and internal blocks. You have to commit to practicing your craft deliberately. And you have to stick with the process for years, perhaps even decades like Newton did, in order to see your creative genius blossom.
